What to Expect

Before scheduling your appointment, we’ll ask you this question:

In the last 14 days, have you had any COVID-19 symptoms, tested positive for COVID-19 or been exposed to anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19?

You should answer the question for yourself and anyone else who will be part of the appointment. All appointment participants must answer “no” to all of the question to schedule an appointment. This goes for our team members too. We answer this each day before we come to work. If someone reports COVID-19 symptoms or exposure, they stay home.

If we’re unable to schedule an appointment, we can try again after two weeks or we can take care of what you need via video conference, email or telephone.

When you arrive for your appointment, unless you’re told otherwise, please stay in your vehicle and call our receptionist to let us know you’ve arrived.

As you come into the office, please use the hand sanitizer that’s provided.

To reduce the number of people in our reception areas, please do not bring extra people to your appointment unless absolutely necessary. Children cannot be left unattended in waiting areas.

Please know, we appreciate how supportive you’ve been. We are doing all of this to keep people we care about — you, the people you go home to and the people we go home to — safe and healthy. If you have questions or concerns about your personal circumstances or anything else, please let us know.
