A Safe Service Experience

Since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, our priority has been the health and wellbeing of the Keyser team and our clients. While we took care of you from home, we updated our spaces and rethought how we take care of you. Our goal was to create environments and experiences that help us all feel comfortable and stay healthy.

We are open and ready to take care of you.

Here are the safe service practices we’ve put into place.

Appointments are required for in-person services.
Each day before coming to work, our team members self-screen for COVID-19 symptoms and exposure. If someone reports symptoms or exposure, they stay home.
In accordance with current government regulations, face coverings are required when visiting our Michigan locations. Face coverings are encouraged, but not required, when visiting our Florida locations.
For those who prefer it, or if we can't take care of you in person, we're fully equipped to handle your insurance needs by video conference, email or phone.
All of our locations are frequently cleaned and sanitized. Team members clean and sanitize their workspaces at the beginning and end of their workday and throughout the day as needed.
Within our locations you'll see signage and markers to remind you about and help us all practice social distancing.
